I planned on booking the room here for two nights and paid more to have the separate bedroom and living room . I realized I only booked it for one night and then booked it for Saturday. Come to find out we have to check out and do something for a few hours to just come and check in to another room later. They said they couldn't just leave us in the same room since it's booked for two nights now since it's two separate bookings. When it came time to use the microwave we find out it doesn't work at all and find the dishwater flooded with water. We were then switched to a different room where the air conditioner fan doesn't work and no air flow is in the room causing muggy, humid air. We also paid $28 for our dog and now she is having to stay in a hot room. We asked to just get a refund on both transactions so we could go somewhere else, but conveniently Agoda can't reach anyone at the desk. When I call the desk I am answered and told they will allow the refund but it never got approved directly to Agoda. It's now after midnight and I am unable to book a room somewhere else without having to wait until check in during the day. Meaning we are stuck here and I can almost assure that when morning comes they will not grant the refund bc we had to stay here due to their staff not answering Agoda customer service reps. There is no breakfast, no snack machines or anything that it advertised and towels will not be changed with out payment. I also noticed there is an envelope in the counter for a gratuity. Everything here is for a steep price. Dishes, pots, and pans. Not even coffee. I'm highly disappointed.

When arriving the service was horrible the signal and the room for Wi-Fi was terrible they would not switch or accommodate they had noise all throughout the night while saying the customer service was horrible the room had no cleanliness to it you in the restroom is pee on the toilet and it was just awful

Dump hotel. Things did not seem right off the bat. Once you sign in and they take your money, staff hands you a piece of paper that says hotel is no longer doing coffee or breakfast. Parking lot had people doing drugs and trash thrown everywhere. Do not stay at this place. Wife would not sleep here.
