The woman, manager was very Much rude.She changed 20 extra for using cash. She asked for my husband's pin. To use his social security direct express card. His retirement... That is unacceptable and I don't appreciate her attitude. She is not an American but puts on her website Speaking AMERICAN she has pictures on the website and the rooms are NOT pretty and CURTAINS falling down ,two towels one hand towel 2 wash cloths,bath mat.two bars,soap 1 plastic cup no blanket. Only bedspread. No blankets... The woman. Manager cleans her own rooms the bathroom door was covered in filth and AND has not been cleaned up for a long time. The chair is bolted to the wall Old nasty and full of germs and filth. We are very concerned that the motel is spreading covid19 and that YOU are supporting this business. Budget inn and suites. You get what pay for... Some times you suffer from LIES and false pictures of WHAT the business is selling. TRASH Room. Very dissatisfied with the way the room was represented and that the room was indicated to be clean and updated pictures of rooms that are not seen. Debbie PURDY. LOVE FLOWER on Google. 🤬😡😩

Not much, thought I would support a local hotel in the area and it backfired.

-make you pay a cash deposit. If you don’t have cash, they charge your card and return only some of it (even though I’m still waiting for it to show up as reimbursed on my statement-doubt I will ever get it back) -rude front desk lady. Was alone anyways, but told me if I had a visitor she would kick me out, they aren’t allowed. -provided no toiletries -no hand towels -only 1 shower towel
