Room was ready upon our early arrival, always a bonus. Staff friendly. Cool enough and rainy weather so pool was not on the agenda. This is our go to motel when staying in Siloam Springs.

Drove 45 minutes to location only to be told that their system had messed up and that they didn’t not have a room for me. Said they called my cell phone but showed them the call log he said it never rang. Did not get my two year-old in bed till after midnight because of their communication. Had to drive 45 minutes back in town to find a room.

All was good with the room. Spacious, and newly remodeled. Really noisy - several trucks were left running through the night. Didn’t affect sleep, but weren’t able to enjoy sitting or visiting outside.

The facilities were clean and supplied with all condiments needed for a comfortable stay. Oru room door was very hard to open, at the point of almost calling the front desk to open door from outside. Breakfast was not that appealing. We arrived at 8 am and there was not much to pick on the breakfast items. We settled for toast and coffee and a few potatoes. There was no host to be found. Could not find napkins or someone at the front desk. So despite all these things, I give an average score.

We didn't get maid service which really wasn't a deal breaker. The staff was very customer oriented. They treated you very well. Breakfast was cold when we got there, but a few seconds in the microwave fixed that. Anyway, the next time I am there, I will use the Quality Inn.

We checked in about 5:00PM and went to our son's house for the evening. We returned about 9:30 PM only to find that the heater was not working. The young lady from the front desk tried to get it working but was not successful. She moved us to an adjoining room and we spent the remaining time in the new room.

Tried to check in early they wouldn’t allow even though I requested it It was extremely hot is it did not work. Definitely not worth the price. Should have stayed in somewhere else.

We were there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels and the trash was piled up. Only one trash can. Light in bathroom had no cover and it was filthy.
