Very clean, welcoming & helpful staff, quiet
While the air conditioner cooled the room, the dehumidifier was not working. My clothes were damp, my towels wouldn't dry, my skin was clammy. I thought the problem was just my room, so they put me in another one, but the same problem existed.

Very small area 3 people in area and you had to scoot for them to go by. Breakfast items also did not add value in this particular Spark.
Computers were down - I ended up going to bookings. Com in order to get a room. I was exhausted not wanting to travel further to find another hotel. I have stayed in a spark in another state and it was very nice. I guess my expectations were higher
