#1 hotel spot in garland, very convenient and reasonably priced. Have been staying here for 3 weeks since my home caught fire and I have no complaints.

As price reflects , have expectations for a two start hotel. We had no issues. Everything was smooth. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful — our recommendation would be to change a few things every other day … maybe bacon instead of sausage, cranberry juice instead of apple juice. It would be great for guests who, like us, stayed for more than a week. The location was excellent for us in terms of where we needed to go each day that we were there. Parking : A+ Here are the things that were disappointing for us: indoor pool that was ice cold, washing machine that was broken during our entire stay, a fitness room that was dusty and needed equipment to be plugged in and/or better positioned. Our hotel room did not have a shower curtain — we just opted to carefully shower without it. The pool, fitness room, and guest laundry were big factors in having chosen this hotel, so it was a very disappointing experience in that regard. Honestly, it’s a very nice place, but because of the unusable features, I don’t feel that we got the value for our money. Meeting guests’ expectations is very crucial when hoping for top reviews.
