clean room, good location
No pen and paper in room. refrigerator froze everything in it.

It was nice, pet friendly and affordable.
The ac in lobby/breakfast area didn’t work, the waffle maker was down, the ice machine was down, room refrigerator was iced up, room could have been a little cleaner, no soap in dispenser.

The person at the front was very understanding of our situation and helped us anyway she could. With all the stress we had it was so very appreciated and a relief.
The floor outside our room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes all morning. There was no shower curtain or do not disturb sign in our room, but we were able to quickly get one when asked for.

Nothing, personally I should get my money or a credit back
The property is looking very ignored , it smelled horrible as the ac were broken in hall wats and entrance, my room bathroom doors had no nob , fell off when I trued opening it. The phone in room did not work.
