This is my go to hotel when I visit my niece at Tarleton. The hotel is clean, breakfast has many options, and it’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the campus. The staff has always been kind and friendly. The checkout time is noon, which is nice since most hotels it’s 1100

The check in agent was outstanding. Explaining the property & thanking us for staying with them. The ladies attending the breakfast area were hardworking and pleasant.
The property is showing wear: baseboards, carpet, etc. The checkout agent was clueless. Told me since I booked through a third party she could not provide me a receipt. The ice machine on floor one was not working. But, there were clear instructions for the 3rd floor ice machine.
