Clean room. Decent breakfast. Morning staff helped with my luggage since I was using a walker. Young lady went above and beyond to help me.

A great value for road trips- clean and comfortable rooms and a hot breakfast in the morning.

The rooms were very quiet, the beds extremely comfortable, and breakfast was hot and ready before 6 am, which helped me get an early start to my day of driving. Terry, the evening check-in girl, was extremely helpful and friendly, and made the mess of reassigning my room a much less painful experience. That girl deserves a raise. The tubs, though certainly not luxury, are plenty long enough to allow for a complete soak for those who need to be immersed in water after a long day's drive.

I had to be moved twice after being assigned a room, as there were limited rooms that had a working stopper for the bathtub (this was the reason I selected this hotel- I needed a soak after the long hours of driving.) I had fully undressed and gotten ready for the bath when I realized that there was no stopper in the tub. I called the front desk, and it took nearly 45 minutes for the staff to move me to a room that was useable. By then my legs were very swollen and hurting, and in dire need of some Epsom salts. (FYI- if there are bathtubs advertised on the website, please consider offering for sale products that would elevate the user experience, like the salts for soaking.) In the room, the windows were not fully covered by the curtains, no matter how much I tried to close them. This meant, to my horror, that people in the parking lot out front could see directly into my room- as I got out of the bathroom. They also did not block all the light, so the bright lights from the parking lot streamed directly into the room as I slept. Fortunately I was exhausted, and the comfortable bed helped make falling asleep a quick work, so it didn't bother me as much as it could have, but I can see this being a major problem for others who have trouble sleeping. I brought this up during checkout and was dismissed by the staff. I mean, the man didn't even acknowledge what I said other than to look at me, sigh, and say have a nice trip.

Wonderful! Friendly staff and guests, great experience all around.

We had our dog with us and there was plenty of green space outdoors for him. Our room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. Our room was so quiet, we slept very well. After our first night, we realized that the elevator was right next to our room and we never heard it, not during the daytime nor the nighttime. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We felt safe and comfortable and would not hesitate to stay here again. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The halls, corridors and common areas were all filthy. Absolutely disgusting stained smelly carpeting throughout main corridors. The hotel itself had an odor, most likely from the obviously filthy carpeting. Just made the whole hotel seem dirty even though the actual room was clean to the eye.

from check in to check out everything was sub par the entire first floor smelled of sewage, our room smelled like the dog shelter, there was a contractor working on the building that nearly backed over my children in the parking lot as we unloaded out of our car, we actually watched him back into the handicap ramp one evening while going to grab dinner he worked using power tools until 10pm which we could hear from our window and he was smoking mj while working the pool lights were out overhead for use after dark and the hot tub was not heating.

The staff and location were excellent.

The carpet in front of the elevator on our floor was stained and dirty. The toilet did not flush well. The shower did not turn all of the way off. It remained on more than a drip. I notified the front desk and they were to send maintenance as soon as they arrived. The accommodations were overpriced for what we got.

The hallway exit door is very loud when closing. Was awakened at 5 AM when construction people were leaving for work and it sounded like a door slamming contest. Also the bathroom light was going out and it was like a strobe light.
