Location for our purposes was excellent.
Check in was quick - front desk rep friendly.
Received the room I requested - top floor at end of hall
No hallway noise - doors close quietly as opposed to other hotels
Very nice lady that provided service in breakfast area
Breakfast choices ok but have experienced better. Hot scrambles eggs and larger muffins would improve the options.

Loved the location
The 1 worker when we checked in was hard to understand and he couldn't understand what we were staying either. The guy when we left was just rude, neither one smiled or were friendly just flat faced. The AC in our room had mold on it. I took a Picture. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower had black curly hair in it and there was a cat food can in the corner of the room. No DO NOT DISTURB sign in the room for the door. The door stopper was broke as well. I took a Picture. The pool was so cloudy and gross looking, I wouldn't let my son swim in it. We only stayed in the hot tube.
