Value and location..
The housekeeper ran out of clean towels on her cart and I was told to go to the front desk. Once I got to the front desk I was given pool towels to use as bath towels.

Location was perfect for us.
The outside grounds needed attention. Lots of dead plants and way too much trash in the entrance. We were there 4 days and was never cleaned.

I liked that the employees weren't overly talkative, they were nice and showed us where to go. Free breakfast was pretty good, the bed was comfortable, good soap.
The TV only had cable, but not that bad. The shower curtain was fabric and water got all over the bathroom floor.

The price was good
The bathroom had a shower but no way to turn it on. The bathroom sink also had a leak. The worker monitoring the breakfast was a little awkward as well.
