Clean, has a pool & hot tub, fitness center, and average breakfast. Everything was average about the place. Nothing to write home about but acceptable.

Checked in late. Immediately took a shower to go straight to bed after I got into the room. I pulled back the sheets to get into the bed and both the fitted sheet and flat sheet on the bed were covered in dog hair, black/brown specks of dirt and I don’t know what, and stains across all of the sheets. I immediately called down to the front desk and was told to come down and they’ll put me in a different room. I pack everything up, put on more clothes since I was already in my pjs, and track downstairs to the lobby. Was handed new room keys for a room 3 doors down, still don’t understand why that couldn’t have been brought to me at the room instead of trekking everything up and down and across the hotel but whatever. Seems like it would be a little better customer service especially when I was just given a filthy room. Immediately checked the next bed and it was definitely clean but the sheets need to be replaced. They have set in (and questionable) stains that make you worried about the general cleanliness of everything. Made it work cause I was exhausted but not impressed.

The carpet in the room was filthy. The bottoms of my feet were black walking around room 225 a few hours so I had to wear socks the entire time.
Bed was amazingly comfortable
Shower pressure was great
Breakfast was good
Always coffee available
Front desk staff were amazing
But those carpets, ewwww
