Very clean, shower was strong, towels were fluffy and abundant. Good choices for breakfast too

Very nicely decorated and outside ground were inviting.

Breakfast could be better. There were lots of people there trying to use one waffle maker. Eggs were not the most appealing.

The front desk employee's were amazing, very nice and professional.

My room was delayed at check in, (booked hotel) very late, 8am I felt rushed and forced to leave, House keeping still banged on the door, I did the 11AM check out, I guess they had other plans.

The breakfast was ok, it should be more options

First, the rooms look nothing like they do online. We had problems with our room door locks from the beginning of our stay to the end. The rooms keys didn't work, we had to continuously go to the front desk. The room was dusty, the bathroom floor was dirty. When we asked for tissue and toilet paper we never received it. The hotel needs to be upgraded. The room had a smell maybe the carpets need cleaning. I would not stay here again.
