Did not eat the breakfast.
The fist room we were assigned to was not fully cleaned. One of the beds was unmade. We were given another room but then had to wait for the new TV box to be installed. The staff were friendly and apologetic and got things resolved quickly. However, when we tried to watch the TV in the evening, we had to unplug and then replug in the cable to the TV box. Every time we shut off the TV we had to do this.
