Overall we had a good stay but I’m not certain it was the best value.

At check in we moved to a different ground level unit as we did not want to be on a busy walking path. We were accommodated but the new location overall was not clean. There was previous visitors garbage in the pantry, the furniture and rug in the living was dirty and stained.

I think for the price we should have had minimal daily cleaning g service. Even if just a check in to see if we needed towels.

Not worth what we paid for

We arrived to our suit which we paid extra for an ocean view and we had a concrete wall as one view and a view of a palm tree out in the second patio. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and the fold out couch was beyond uncomfortable. I would suggest getting a room with multiple beds if you actually need to sleep in the beds. The Resturant stops serving lunch at 2pm so the first day we missed lunch, the second day we arrived at the Resturant at 1pm so that we would ensure being able to have lunch. We were told that they had no tables available and that nothing would be available even if we waited an hour which I can’t see possible. We couldn’t have arrived any earlier because we massages at the spa. We ended up eating in the bar and waiting over an hour and a half for our food. My fish tacos arrived and had rotten sour cream on them. The manager had said it would be removed from the bill which was not when the bill finally arrived. Now at the spa our 1 hour $150 massage was shorten by 15 minutes then we were given a 20 minute upgrade at our next visit. To me this property really needs to get their staff, services and Resturant on par to match the high price room rates. We will not be staying at the resort on our next reunion. Very disappointed

Our stay was outstanding

We had a great time .We traveled with our grandchildren ages 4,6,8. The kitchen in our suite was needed and greatly appreciated. Th pool area was the biggest hit for us .The temperature for the kids was a real.treat compared to the ocean. All and allowed well spent .
