I disliked the bathroom door being broken and the TV not responding to the controller. I do like how comfy the room is and the bath was nice to shower in.

Staff was super helpful. Manager let us check in early even though we were about 3 hours early. Cleaning staff was also helpful, they provided us with a missing ashtray and ice even though the ice machine was down.

Room was clean, but could use some touching up as far as paint and whatnot goes. Automatic bathroom light was a bit too sensitive, just rolling around in the closest bed turned it on. This may not necessarily be the facilities fault, but we ran over a fairly large something at or near the entrance Friday night that punctured one of our tires. Staff could definitely be more mindful of potential hazards like that.

The location

The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The floor felt like it Leaned as well as the bath tub. Both blankets had cigarette burns on them. The light over the sink had a sensor and it clicked off and on all night even though nobody was walking around. The bed felt like it was leaning and was not very comfortable. Outside of the office smelled like sewer.
