Great value for a quick stop over. Sleep and hit the road!

The price was outstanding. I was concerned about how very loud the traffic was with such a busy location - on the highway, but our room was on the backside and was surprised how little we were impacted by the noise. The front desk clerk worked with us to find a spot to park, as we were pulling our camper. He also recommended a restaurant when asked and it was a great meal! And, it was right across the street!

With just toast and coffee/tea offered, we passed - opting instead to go out for breakfast. Without more options, I don't think you need to bother with "breakfast" as an included option. Misleading. Just offering coffee and tea would work. Bathroom could definitely have been cleaner.

Pretty Nice

We had a late check in as we arrived in Spokane around midnight, the guy at the front desk was very nice and was very helpful. We liked to location was close to a main road and not to far off the main Highway.

It was close to a lot of places we needed to go. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size.

Breakfast available was not good. Hot water dispenser was not completely cleaned; it had coffee taste remnants. Hot water was also not hot. Property was definitely dated. Not the best compared to other Days Inn I've stayed in.

OK, but not the best bang for your buck!

The breakfast was a standard packaged, processed quick food - waffle in a bag. I bought my own gluten-free bread and jelly and had toast with tea from the hotel. I liked the tea. I liked that the room was comfortable and had a few channels.

The breakfast did offer some fruit, but it would have been nice to have some bacon or sausage, hash browns - even in a plastic bag. The lock on my door was not functioning well, in fact I wasn't sure if it was even locked. The pool was closed, as well as the exercise area

It’s a very cute hotel.

It was close to our family we were visiting.

When we asked to have the bathroom cleaned and the towels changed out, the towels were rotated out but the bathroom was not cleaned.

Do not stay here, read review why

Nothing. I rented this room through booking.com, paid for the room ($122) then when I arrived, they wanted a $250 deposit. I was told there was no other fees. I asked to cancel the room but he was quick to 'finish' my check in which means no refund on a room I paid for.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was right across the busy street from a nice restaurant.

The guy that checked us in was unfriendly. Just a robot doing a job. The breakfast was a disgrace. Juice machine was empty. Only white bread for toast. The prepackaged boiled eggs were disgusting. Nobody cleaning up tables either.

We enjoyed the location for what we were in town for. The facility needs a little TLC.

The location was the best part.

There was weird stains all thru out the facility on the carpet. In our room and the hallway. Breakfast was mediocre. In some way I guess you get what you paid for. Yogurt cups, apples, grade school breakfast muffins, and plain toast.

It is now 7th of July and I've been told by Booking.com several times it is the Managements discretion to cancel the booking without fees. Management indicated she had to go through some hoops which I still have no answer

Sliding door very insecure, Door would not lock, they did supply a very cheap bar. The patio area filthy. Gap indoor, that I had to cover with towels for my privacy and protection. I didn't feel safe!! Bathtub drain is cracked and broken. The carpet outside the bathroom was wet with God only knows what. Tv kept Staff rude and couldn't care less Walls are very thin can hear Everything in next room snd outside. Cars racing up-and-down the street all night could not sleep. Very disappointed for the price I paid!

Broken door lock, unsecured room, difficult property management

The manager did process the refund for 1 evening that should have been refunded immediately but was incorrectly handled by her employee after I reviewed the situation with her.

My room had a interior dead lock on the door handle that did not lock. I let the front staff know and they also could not lock the door and left me in the hallway to figure out the issue and then told me to use the 2nd thin metal security lock at the top of the door, this was also the managers solution in a later conversation after the fact. They also said if the door was not shut in the jam completely the deadbolt would engage. This left a large gap around the door jam into the hallway and felt very unsecure and unsafe. Much less not very private. I was told there were no other rooms available as they were completely booked that night. After talking to my family, we found a new hotel for me to stay at and I left after 20 minutes of me standing in the room on the phone. The front desk staff said that he could now move me to a room someone had not yet checked into as I was leaving and that it was my choice to leave, if that had been offered when I expressed concern multiple times I would have accepted. But now it was 2am and I already had a new reservation and a wedding event the next morning. I later learned he did not process my room being vacant, canceling my remaining days for the entire weekend or my refund for the stay as requested. The establishment has refused to work with me on refunding my entire stay not just the 2nd night saying it is Booking.com policy which booking.com has contacted them to clarify this request and now is stating there is nothing wrong with the door lock altogether even though their staff also struggled with the door lock. Highly disappointed in both the Days Inn & Suites and booking.com for the negative experience and lack of support and follow up on a complaint.

NOT A GOOD STAY!

The towels were nice.

Breakfast was horrible. Pre-packaged boiled eggs and frozen waffles. The room had a fishy order. Too much noise from the cars passing by and no elevator and I was on 3rd floor. Also, the washers were not working.

We were in town for my wife's father's funeral so she was crying and accidentally got her makeup of a pillow case and wash cloth and they took HALF OF OUR DEPOSIT because housekeeping couldn't get it out!!!! Now this might not be a big deal to some but the passing was a surprise so we were counting on getting our deposit back to pay bills. We could have gone to target and got top of the line replacements and only spent half of what they kept!!!! Felt like a kick in the stomach when we were already down and no sympathy or respect when we called to see why!!!! Feels like a rip off too me

Reasonably priced if you can deal with the knob to get the shower working

Location as we were going to the Spokane Arena which is very close to this hotel

I could not take my usual bedtime shower because I could not get the shower to work and I didn’t want to wake up my husband by calling the front desk. So I waited till morning to call for help. The front desk clerk showed us the technique to get the shower going which involved using super human strength to pull the knob and wiggle it a certain way and then to use super human strength to push it back to stop the shower. We brought this to attention again to the front desk upon checkout. I expected we would have been given a discount due to the inconvenience, but it wasn’t offered. Also, the faced North Division and the traffic on a Main Street could be heard at bedtime.
