Clean 1-bedroom Condo in Princeville area.

Clean one-bedroom condo with well equipped kitchen. Adequate curtains for privacy from parking area.

We were given a condo on the ground floor that looked into the bushes out back. Pool area is smaller than viewed in photos. A long walk to the lovely hotel at the end of the road with few places to park nearby it.

Nice place to use as a home base while you explore Kauai.

Condo was nice, clean, had everything we needed. Pool has 2 hot tubs.

The evening front desk staff could definitely have been more helpful. Top floor loft would get pretty warm at night. We used the provided fans & windows. We stayed in November, summer in the loft probably gets a little unbearable.

Well positionned resort with equipped rooms

Beautiful location with ocean views. Apartments were very well equipped. We only stayed overnight but it would be great for a longer stay of a whole family.

The receptionist was very helpful in the evening and gave us plenty of tips on gastronomy options nearby. The morning receptioninst was behaving coldly and not being very hlepful.

We had requested to change rooms as were on our honeymoon and they just said they could not accodmod

The pictures do not match the room that we were given. The rooms were very dark. Not anything nice about it.

Gross, smelly and dirty bathrooms

The room JUST had the carpets cleaned and they had fans blowing the carpet dry when i got in the room. The front desk told me to come back in the morning to ask for assistance because she could help. I've stayed here multiple times and this place is losing its quality. The both bathrooms always have hair on the floor and this one on even around the sink.

Calming after a chaotic arrival to Kauai.

The room was clean but obviously not well maintained. Lights didn’t work. Bathroom closet door highly damaged at bottom. Not at all in the good shape of my past visits as an owner.

Fabulous accommodation & facilities

Very clean & comfortable, large apartment with all the amenities one could hope for & more! The property itself has excellent facilities - 2 swimming pools/spas, tennis, pickleball, shuffle board, bikes, bbqs & a great viewing vista.

Almost heaven

Beautiful property a wonderful location. The room is spacious and nice. Only suggestion, ask for the second floor and not the first otherwise you are visible inside.

People can see you inside if you are at 1st floor because you can be seen from the streets where the cars are parked

Not enough bang for my buck.

Beautiful view and the pool was fun. The condo was huge. Staff was very accommodating!

It looks like the pictures, but dingy. No AC, rust on appliances, pillows were hard and crunchy (asked for new ones of course). The location was rough with little to no places to eat without driving. A food truck did come once. All in all, just a little disappointed in the fact that we paid a high price for a beautiful view and got less than that.

Cool but pricey

The view is amazing and the property has a cool community atmosphere, hosting socials for people to mingle in common areas.

It says ocean view but “it’s not guaranteed”. We paid extra for a birthday trip and splurged on the ocean view and when we got there we weren’t anywhere near the view. Our balcony overlooked the lot we parked in.

Decent but overpriced for what is offered

Suite style with equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom suite. Convenient parking, bikes, beach accessories available, in-unit washer and dryer

Pillows were uncomfortable. Unit seemed dated with some things not working properly. No AC, sliding doors/ screens not locking properly, curtains not gliding easily to open or closed positions, loose toilet seat for example. No housekeeping for a 5 night stay, when I asked , I was informed it would be an extra $200/day for housekeeping service! They only provide 1 coffee setup in the unit- used it the first day. When I asked how the coffee would be replenished, I was informed I could buy a pack for $6. They provide beach towels - which need to be washed everyday because-no housekeeping- 2 small single load detergent provided- I went to store to buy more as towels were used at the beach. The price of the hotel was not cheap, yet I felt they lacked in standard details such as the coffee and mostly upfront communication as to what to expect during your stay.

the property is based on a beautiful cliff. make sure you book with ocean view! thanks to an upgrade which was provided 🙏🏽we changed rooms to an apartment with ocean view. that was awesome! in the morning we saw whales from the cliff (the garden of the resort)!! a beautiful garden!! facilities in the apartment are very good. great tennis court, small pool though no bar/drinks or restaurant

Very clean and spacious condo.

Location was lovely. It was in close driving distance to the state park and did have numerous activities for all ages. The condo was spacious and had lovely showers.

The pool was pretty chilly. The pillows were terrible. There were walks around the cliffs and garden. It would have been nice to have a safer/easier way down the cliff to extend the walks.

A home away from home

The property is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. The unit itself was like a home away from home, it had great appliances and was clean and spacious. Very relaxing and peaceful.

It was a little bit isolated - no cafes or shops in walking distance.

The resort was beautiful and the grounds were well kept with an amazing view. The staff was very accommodating. I even accidentally left behind an item and the staff found it and mailed it back to my house immediately. I would love to stay there again!

the apartment is well furnished, spacious and clean.

i thought this was a hotel but is more of an apart-hotel. The staff were far less friendly than on the south shore. Some looked annoyed to actually have to attend me…
