Very quiet (we were the only ones there for almost 5 hours). Our room was very clean and smelled that way when we opened the door. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Facility was clean as well (no dust). Beautiful home with an awesome staircase. Breakfast bar was well stocked but there were only 10 people there when we visited so if more were there it may not be enough.
Had trouble getting into our room because the key was not working well (may need some WD-40?). Nice place but needs some additional TLC / improvements to make it "grand" once again. Since no one is on the premises full-time, I had to use our own bottled water to fill the coffee maker several times. I had some allergy issues; not sure what to attribute them to from the stay.

Breakfast was very good but a little bit different. Husband doesn't like thing made with milk so he didn't care for the rice pudding or quiche but I loved it.
Maybe breakfast could have been a choice of a few different things.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Loved sitting on the porch swing. Quiet location
Bathroom could use updating as water knobs were super sensitive.

The location was nice and secluded. The housekeeper was very friendly, when you saw them, though for the most part it was run like an AirB&B. The room was comfortable though, and roomservice was available upon request.
The breakfast part of this B&B was lacking, all pre-pakaged and frozen. We stayed here in the off-ssason so the place was empty which was both nice and a little off-putting. Without the occasional run-in with the house keeper, it was basically an AirB&B without the perks of an AirB&B (kitchen access, etc)
