    Traveling through the area I was looking for a place to stay for a reasonable price… Harrah’s did not disappoint. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. Staff, rooms, location, everything. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a night or two stop off in KC!!!

    I've stayed at nice Harrah's properties, but this isn't one of them. My room was dirty when I checked in. A dirty towel in the shower, empty liquor bottle, generally unclean. Service at check in was ok, but the service in the restaurant was awful. Food was theme park quality. This place has a very depressing vibe.
