Walkable. Loved being able to walk to downtown shopping, waterfront, and restaurants within a few minutes. Lovely room with fireplace, comfortable sleeping experience, and nice breakfast. Staff was very warm and friendly.

The inn was in easy walking distance of the historic downtown. We enjoyed the sitting room with the fireplace and comfortable furniture. The inn provided sherry and very yummy home baked chocolate cookies plus chocolates.
For breakfast, there was a quiche and yogurt with fruit as well as cereals and breads.

This is our 4th visit and we love it. The house is beautiful and the rooms are very thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast with other guests has always been lovely. And we love Newburyport!
