We stay here twice a year and love it. The beach is secluded, but yet you’re not far from lots of restaurants and downtown. They are also very close to a beautiful hike right up the road.

One of the desk employees had a sour disposition but when supervisor was notified he more than made up for her negative behavior. The way he handled the situation showed he truly cared about good customer care and satisfaction!

Nice Beach Getatway Stay

It was clean and all employees we came across were friendly. Front desk receptionist was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options and was fully stocked. Swimming pool area was nice and pool was warm.

Size of the family suite was great, cleanliness of the room was great, and breakfast had these amazing tamales over the weekend and yummy mini waffles that had a fruit topping and whipped cream which made the options much more flavorful than other places in town I’ve stayed in. Check in was a little hectic but everything worked out and overall the stay was awesome. I’ve stayed here before but do not remember the experience being so great. Stayed here this trip because I waited to long to book a room for the holiday weekend and ended up here as there were very few rooms left in town available. I will say pricing was pretty high compared to other hotels in the area. It’s priced more like hotels with more amenities right on the pier in the center of all the action which would be my only complaint. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time here.

A bit of a walk to get to the pier and can get noisy with upstairs people running around; floors and walls are pretty thin and price was much higher than I feel it should have been considering the location. That being said, the family suite was huge and setup really nice for a family of 6 and made the stay so nice not being cramped in a small room.

I really like our room. It had 2 bathrooms which was nice. We had an amazing ocean view. The property was also pet friendly. The beach below was quiet and not crowded.

Ocean access would be difficult for some, probably about 3 flights of stairs.

I would definitely stay again

I loved the breakfast which had a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the pool although there were no towels for us. And lastly we had a great time at the fire pits.

Great stay in Pismo

We staid on the 3rd floor and had a sea view. The balcony was lovely. The rooms are big and super clean. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sunset was awesome. You could borrow body boards and chairs for the beach, which was great. Breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Facilities were great and staff was very helpful and friendly.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with queen beds and courtyard views but were upgraded to king beds with sea view. The room was spacious and the kids loved the sports deck with all the activities. We also enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub jacuzzi especially when the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, we had a really nice and enjoyable stay!

It was a quite a long walk to downtown Pismo but if you have a car, then it’s only a short drive. We like that breakfast was included in the rates but could do with a bit more variety and things like pastries and fruits always seem to run out before the end of the breakfast time.

Great rooms. 2 bedrooms neat and tidy. A bit dated and in need of an update. But clean and great room staff. On the edge of town, so a walk into the centre. Breakfast truly awful! Avoid.

Relaxing and adventurous time with your kids, and lots of room to relax after exploring

Roomy and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and game playing area! The access to the beach is easy and the hotels lends you chairs, umbrellas and other things, no need to pack that! The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great! And the views from the oceanfront rooms were amazing! We will be back!
