Staff was super nice since the moment we arrived. Check in was easy and fast, although one of the rooms we booked was not ready, but the issue was resolved super-fast. Breakfast very good, coffee was great, and the pool open 24 hours was awesome!! Kudos for the Dove toiletries at the rooms, it makes a huge difference!! and I loved the late check out time, thank you!!!

The rooms are too small. We felt cramped with 4 people. I overheard another guest complain about room being unclean and we found a few things that were still dirty.

One of the rooms had a super strong smell of pot. They allowed us to move to another room. The hall way carpet is old and dingy. In the lobby some carpet tack strip was exposed. The bathroom wall paper was coming off the walls. It really needs to be updated. This Holiday Inn needs updating, especially when compared to other ones we have stayed at. We paid over $500 for 2 nights, it was not a great value for the money.
