Needed a place to sit in room

Property was nice, self contained block of hotel, restaurant, museum. Very pretty

I primally booked one of the historic rooms within the main building. I was "uograded' to a larger room but it wasn't a historic room with the charm. Three room was fine but I should have stayed with my Oregon's pick

The shower wasn’t working properly

Beautiful Inn! Large room. Exceptional breakfast. Great location.

Chose a King room when making the reservation. Got to the Inn and was given a key and our room number. I have a brace on my leg that is very obvious. Our room was in a separate building (beautiful). Got on the lift (not elevator) and discovered it only went to the 2nd floor, our room was on the 3rd floor up a steep flight of steps. I made it up after struggling. My husband went back and got us a ground floor with Queen beds so all ended well. My complaint is that the person that checked us in could have told us the room was 3rd floor, indicated a concern for my knee and asked if it was ok or offered another room at that time instead of putting me through all that stress.
