Staff was so friendly and personable. The location was perfect for Mardi Gras parades. It was so convenient to restaurants and bars, for our stay. Elevators were quick and clean. Never had to wait too long. Checking in and out were a breeze.
Beds were so uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Room #516 smelled so musty. There was no hot water, only luke warm for our showers. Lobby restrooms were not taken care of, even though hotel staff was selling restroom bracelets to non hotel customers. Men’s bathroom had black trash bags over the urinals and one of the toilets overflowed onto the floor. The women’s had no paper towels for a full 24 hours, even after I made two people aware of these issues
