    We stayed here for four nights, expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. We encountered multiple issues throughout our stay, but the final night and day was the worst: we had no electricity or running water. This meant we couldn’t charge our phones, use lights, or even shower before leaving. We had to pack in complete darkness and ended up leaving without even brushing our teeth. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the hosts. Despite the serious issues, they did not reach out to us—we had to contact them ourselves to find out what was happening. While there were workmen on-site trying to fix the issue, staff couldn’t provide a timeline for when it would be resolved. Other lodges appeared to have power, but there was no backup generator for us, and the hosts did not offer any assistance, alternative facilities, or even basic essentials like water. We were shocked by the poor customer service and the complete absence of any goodwill gesture or compensation for such a significant disruption. We had high hopes for a relaxing, luxurious stay but left feeling stressed and disappointed. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend.
