About this cabin rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin. Cabin is 1900 sq ft, new construction (finished in the fall of 2014) 2 story with tongue and groove walls, knotty alder cabinets, propane fireplace, vaulted ceiling, large soaking tub in master bath, spacious kitchen with new appliances, quite neighborhood. Located in the heart of island park. East of elk creek gas station. Minutes away from atv trails for summer and snow machining in the winter, the buffalo river, and around a 30 min drive to West Yellowstone, 80 miles away from big sky mt and 60 miles from grand targhee resort. This is cabin is perfect for the avid outdoorsman, but cozy enough you will never want to leave.

We loved the cabin! The rooms were huge and very clean. We would definitely recommend other travelers staying here. I do suggest putting your house number on a post at the driveway entrance instead of just the porch post. If it’s a hazy evening upon arrival, it’s hard to determine which cabin is yours; a sweet family with children tried unlocking our door at 10:30 pm one foggy night because there were no addresses for several cabins at the road and they couldn’t see house numbers on porch posts.

Great location. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the warning about the bear that had been seen in the area in weeks preceding our visit. I'd highly recommend this cabin for anyone coming out to visit Yellowstone.

Cabin very comfortable and very well "stocked" with all the essentials (t.p., paper towels, d/w and laundry soaps, etc.) We chose to eat out mostly so didn't really use kitchen for cooking but everything was there in abundance had we done that. Cabin is quality-built and nicely-furnished. Enjoyed campfire relaxation one night. Really enjoyed our stay at this "off-the-beaten path" peaceful little (well, actually large) cabin!
