    Front desk clerk said degrading and racist things to me UNPROVOKED. I am sending the video to Wyndham. My Uber driver said she did the same thing to another guest. I’m not sure what her point was, perhaps it is to discourage POC from staying here. I stayed here for work.

    I immediately was taken aback by the macabre nature of the hotel. This property is in shambles. Poorly lit, narrow halls, everything is in a state of disrepair. It's a creepy, creepy place Tiny rooms, tiny gross bed. Disgusting barwbones chair and table with a Michael Scott sized tv. Entire place has a stench of mildew and filth. I arrived late and had no other option. I left all my belongings in the car and tried to get some sleep. At 2am I awoke suddenly and noticed there were 3 red dots in a line on my arm. I go to look and low and behold i see a flat 100% bedbug crawling on my shoulder! Enraged I leap out of bed and tear into the shower. I leave my shoes my shirt and my shorts in the room. Soaking wet wearing only boxer briefs and barefoot I fly out the dingy hallway into the lot and into the lobby from there. I'm absolutely LIVID demanding my money back. Agoda did go to bat for me and secured a full refund they say. Still waiting for the money to clear. I spent the rest of the night at a truck stop showering cleaning and laundering everything. I threw away my wallet, had to buy new clothes, had to get another hotel for the 2nd night I had planned. It was a nightmare! I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm still shell shocked and haunted by the thought. 6 showers, 2 days, several vacuum bags, laundry, new clothes, new shoes, new wallet and I still don't feel out of the woods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You do not want to go through this, trust me. I do feel bad for taking it out on the Night Auditor, he was unfortunately my only recourse at the moment and he did promise a refund on video. He's not the problem here. Tell you one thing. I'll never in my life stay another night at a Wyndham property. Fly by night operation.
