Amenities have went down since it was à la Quinta.. coffee was empty, packaged muffins are a far cry from precious waffles, milk cerise, toast and fruit

Total lack of any service at all. Waited 35 minutes standing at the front desk before I ever saw anyone then call the front desk on two separate occasions, and the phone rang. No fewer than 100 times with no answer. Never did find an attendant, never had my room cleaned in the time that I was there so I left a day early couldn’t Take it anymore

Location was convenient for our needs. Mattress was comfortable.

Our reservation was cancelled before we arrived. Apparently Booking.com did not share our credit card. We needed a room on the first floor since my wife is handicapped. The only rooms available were on the third floor. Then the elevator broke the next morning. The ceiling was failing in the corner. There were several sketchy people around the property when the breakfast was being served. I think the staff was feeding homeless people and migrant workers. We were woken up by two men eating outside our room. They were using the window ledge as a table. There was a sewer smell coming from the sink.

Each night of our stay some one knocked at our door as we slept, they didn’t call out as if to ask for a particular per son like a name of who they wanted to let them enter, this happened each night of out stay , We didn’t ask who or what when they knocked and what was weird about it the knocking was a ‘soft knock’ as if that was to someone expecting entry for who knows what , services or whatever, we didn’t ask notice ‘working girls ‘ in the evening hanging around , But all in all we didn’t feel threatened nor had any intention of answering or opening the door, It was just a strange experience, if we felt threatened certainly we would have called the front desk,

It seemed like street people were being housd there. The toilet flooded, and the phone didn't work. We ended up cleaning up all the water ourselves. The property was poorly maintained, people's clothes were strewn in the hallway, litter was all over the place, disrepair of everything. Very old, worn out place. Horrible, horrible experience.

My wife and I arrived late and the check-in was quick an uneventful. We grabbed our luggage and when we opened the door to our room the beds were a mess and there was a grocery bag on the table. The room looked occupied or never cleaned. We quickly closed the door in case someone was in the bathroom. We went to the lobby and let the staff know. They apologized and got us another room. That room was not finished. There was furniture missing and no place to store our bags. All of our stuff had to be on a dirty floor. When we turned the sheets to get ready for bed, they were stained and dirty. I went back to the lobby and asked for clean sheets. I showed them pictures of the stains on the sheets and they apologized and said they'd give me a $30 credit for the trouble. I have not seen any credit to my card or account. After getting back to the room on the second night our key didn't work. I went back to the lobby and they said it didn't work because that wasn't my room. I did not appreciate being told I was wrong and it wasn't my room. I told him my bags were in the room and that it was definitely my room. He checked on the computer and said oh ok. He got me new keys and didn't apologize for the key error nor for accusing me of the room not being mine. For spending $500 for two nights, this was the worst stay I've ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was shabby. Not all the sink components were present. There areas of chipped paint on the walls. The breakfast bar was minimal.

The room was spacious, had enough towels for everyone, we appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the tub.

The room had not been cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub, corona beer cardboard trash on the floor.

1 helpful staff member who tried to get us back in our room after a couple trips down for news keys that never did work.

ONLY GIVING A 2 DUE TO 1 STAFF MEMEBER. Everything else. We booked this hotel due to images and reviews from Booking.com. We had 4 rooms for family. Wedding venue 2 miles away. NOTHING like the pictures. Was under construction. Homeless in the parking lot. Disheveled and taped together cars on the parking lot. Woman in wheel chair yelling and talking to herself. What appeared to be drug use going on or deals being made from hotel rooms. Noise all night long. Family with 4-5 dogs living in the hotel, barking all night next to 1 of our rooms. Vending machines that were told worked, weren't even plugged in and front desk had no knowledge. Pacers all night up and down in front of our doors. Rooms under construction with door sweeps damaged, leaving large door gaps, giving to the amazing effect of sleeping on the LOUD 78 highway, next to the property. Our keys did not work. Front desk assistant tried to help with the master key and was unsuccessful. My husband had to help push the door in so we could get in from outside. NO SLEEP!!! Slept in our clothes to stay off the bedding. 1 family member woke up with several bites from SOMETHING in the room!! The front desk questioned her about this at concern and said she'd look into it. Feeling unsafe all night long that our cars would be broken into, we canceled our 2nd night first thing in the morning... on the wedding day!!! Told front desk of all our concerns, was offered only a $30 refund for the second night. ATROCIOUS!!!! No other restitution for the first night. I have never had a bad experience prior to this from booking.com, but this is seriously making me second guess my decisions and trust of the properties. I wish I took pictures to share!!!! Worst stay I've ever experienced. I will be fighting this.

the bed was comfortable and clean. there were lots of lights that worked and lots of outlets. the fridge was good sized.

there was a lot of noise from outside and lots of light leaking in around the door - it didn't seem that solid. the tub and fixtures were oddly caulked and placed.

Location

We had room 120 by the pool. Very noisy. The floor in our room was filthy. I had white socks on the first night. And they were black from a dirty floor. The bed closest to the door, squeaked all night long.

Flooding in bathroom, room service was not done daily as I requested. The first night there I had no electric working in the room. Front desk stated no one was available to fix the electric until the next day.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. I have knee problem, so i appreciated the elevator.

Room was very dirty, food splattered all over the back of the room door. Food splattered in the bathroom where the trash can sat. The soap dispenser in the showered were grimy, the shower curtain had black stains, the shower was covered in hair. The vinyl was coming up in the bathroom and full of crumbs. The mini fridge freezer section was completely frozen.

The rooms were clean. It was close to what I needed to go to.

The room did not have a coffee maker. Breakfast was later I get up early and some of the floor boards were peeling up and it was noisy because I was by the stairs and people were just rude.

The property exterior was clean and nice.

The interior carpet was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was hair in our shower. The room we had was huge, didn’t have a table, & only 1 worn out office chair. The tv was about ten feet away and was so small. I’m assuming you’re going through a full renovation. Too close to the freeway, we heard it all night. Maybe put in better sound barrier windows and maybe even wash the windows. The complimentary breakfast was low class…how can you call bagels, cereal & mini muffins breakfast??? Unfortunately, we would not recommend your place.

The associate that checked me in was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

It was my mistake to be on the smoking side.
