Decently clean, friendly staff, within 30 minutes to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, etc.
Not the most scenic location, there were a few shady characters around and one room by the stairway we had to use smelled strongly of weed every single time we used it. The room was stuffy and hot when we checked in and smelled like it had been shut up awhile. It took until the middle of the night for the air to cool the room down as it was off when we checked in.
