Everything was great! Only bad thing about the room was it needed new pillows.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The parking is minimal and inconvenient. We had to park at the farthest corner of the back lot behind the pool. The reason for my rating overall and of staff is because of the checkout process. I was awakened by a text message at 08:00 am from LaQuinta providing me with a link and asking me to go ahead and check out and tell them what time I would be leaving. Then at 09:00 am, I received and email from LaQuinta asking me to go ahead and check out and email back what time I would be leaving. Finally, after breakfast, my family & I returned to our room to pack up at 9:50 am. We were interrupted by a knock on the door. Someone's child, estimating 8 years old, was standing there twirling a keycard on a lanyard and asking us what time we were leaving the hotel. I went to the front desk and checked out at 10:00 am. For reference, I was told upon arrival that checkout was at 11:00 am. We didn't even stay until the mandatory checkout time, let alone ask for a late checkout. The entire checkout process felt rushed and very inhospitable. I felt like hotel just wanted me gone as soon as possible. As such, I will not be recommending this LaQuinta location to anyone I know passing through Chattanooga.
