The room was clean but the pillows were not comfortable. The towels were not located close to the shower.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. My room was exceptional from how clean it was, to the lights underneath the bed. The bed was super comfortable too, I wish I could find the specific mattress toppers they use. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. Ana accommodated my family with every request, down to out preferred turkey sausage for breakfast. Every time we requested clean towels the front desk guy, who's name I can't remember, made sure we go them.

Beds were comfortable, easy access, decent rate
Run down a bit, room wasn't very clean, waited to be checked in as the front desk person was elsewhere - waited 10 minutes, was checked in to a room where key did not work - went back and still did not work, got a new room after attendant tried but could not open room, breakfast area was not kept up- missing food, spills on floor
