Very friendly, helpful staff, easy check-in, spotless room, comfy king bed, excellent a/c, delicious morning beignets, free beach passes, lovely parks on two sides of the property, easy walk to main drag with restaurants, book store, etc.
Decor a bit dated.

The room was fine. Clean.
The room was not dark enough at night because it had a glass door with a shade that didn't adequately clock the lights outside of the room. The man who set up the coffee station was not friendly, borderline rude. Parking was inadequate. Common areas are in poor condition.
