Fabulous location, clean smartly appointed room, polite and responsive staff, free beach passes, complimentary transportation to local places and train station.
In addition to complimentary coffee, some type of complimentary breakfast, even a cold one, would be nice, considering the summer time pricing and two night minimum. I note that most Spring Lake hotels have two to three night minimums during summer months and was happy to find the Grand Victorian.

Very clean but small rooms. It was very noisy. Sounded like we were at a bowling alley. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
