Very clean and staff were excellent
Room was very hot and side entrance door was slammed shut all night long by people going in and out, which was very loud in my room

Location, ease of online reservation, payment and check-in process. Nice rooms with a refrigerator. Good coffee.
Stairway carpets were filthy.
Breakfast was not eatable. Eggs were watery and a little cold. Potatoes were tasteless and mushy. Water for tea was only lukewarm warm, not hot enough to make tea at all. Front desk person was unfriendly and distracted on her phone. Food person was busy, seemed like she needed a little help getting everything set up in time. Didn’t greet anyone but quickly told me my leashed dog couldn’t be in the dining room and walked away. She didn’t say anything else to me not even where we could go with the dog to eat.
