Location, and room size.
Housekeeping didn’t refill body wash container in shower. Dispenser had absolutely zero liquid in it.

Great room, comfortable bed, very quiet, clean, and everything working the way it should. Parking right outside the room was nice.
The breakfast room was small and finding what you wanted wasn't easy.
