Room is large and comfortable.
Coffee is served at reception 24 hours.
Breakfast is good to have much options, including DIY waffles.
Price is reasonable.
The location is not really near the beach, maybe 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes driving.
When I found that the paper napkins were running out and called for some, I had to take it myself from recelption.

Spacious room. Good breakfast bar, includes eggs and sausage. Good storage options within room.
Older hotel, a little wear and tear but not bad. Single elevator is slow and creates a little chaos in morning when folks are trying to checkout and housekeeping is trying to get upstairs, but not unmanageable. I'd stay here again. Housekeeping changed our room temperature, which was upsetting to come back too.
