Location is great. Can walk to everything!! This was our 2nd year there. We will be back
Needs extra table/counter space. There is not enough surface to keep items and luggage off floor. I asked for an extra luggage rack and was told there was only 1 per room. With 4 people with a bag each the sitting area no longer existed as it was necessary to repurpose for luggage.

Absolutely everything! The maid service was excellent, the room clean, the location of the hotel is PERFECT! right across the street from places to eat and things to do and short walk to shopping. My 1st time staying here and I will definitely be back!! The staff was friendly and I LOVE that there's two sinks! One in the bathroom and one in the small "kitchen" area. Wonderful hotel, good people, excellent location! OH, and most importantly, the beds were comfortable!!! I got the most restful sleep I've ever had in YEARS. This was a much needed vacation for this mom!!
I didn't like having to leave! My daughter and I were only here two nights and I wish I could have stayed a week! For a mom traveling with her 12yr old daughter it was wonderful to feel safe to walk in the evening and return to the hotel without safety concerns, there was nothing to not like except having to pack up and leave!

The room clearly had moisture issues because it had a dehumidifier and smelled like mildrew.
The mildew smell was awful
