Just a couple blocks from the beach. Price was good.

Old building. No elevator. Their Standard size room of 177 square feet is small with double beds. Spacing Between the two beds is probably around 2.5 feet no more than 3. Then entering the room you have a narrow walkway about 3 feet between the bed and the dresser then it opens up for about 5x5 feet is the biggest space you will have.

Great location the beach/boardwalk was walking distance.

Location is great, being right outside of Pickles Pubs made it a nice place to grab a bite to eat without going very far. The price was also lower than a lot of other places and you get what you pay for. The shower was nice especially for that area of OC

Toilet was borderline un usable, it faced a wall with no space for knees, My wife and I ended up sitting on it sideways which was really unformattable and we are not large people. Be warned the walls are very thin and you will hear the traffic all night long, fortunately the AC unit is somewhat loud and constant which does help cut the noise a little bit. The room is enough space for the queen bed, and one peice of luggage, expect to work with your partner to get around the bed as it is a very tight space for getting ready.
