Rooms were quiet and clean. Could not hear any of the outside noise or the rooms on either side of us. Great location to the beach.
Parking was pretty tricky… Spaces do not accommodate newer vehicles and are more compact in nature. Although it is not the Americana’s fault, multiple guests took up more than one space or did not park in a way that helped with the inadequate number of spots

Clean spacious nice crew at the desk
PARKING we always got a spot but it was very, very tight But that would not keep me from returning. Price was good as well

It was close to the beach and the parking was ok.
The guy at the front desk couldn't tell us how to get to our room. The sheets were clean but a little dingy. The room smelled a bit musty.
