    Terrible experience. I booked for 3 persons in a king room with a sofa bed. Everything (paper cups, towels, blankets, pillows, bedsheet) was only 2. I went to the front desk 3 times and they told me they have no pillow remaining. Only 1 shampoo in the room. The blankets they gave us were extremely disgusting, with a lot of dark brown dry stains on it. There was a huge black stain on the curtains that looked horrible. The fridge didn’t work and made all of our food spoiled. The pool was unavailable. The gym was a joke (they have a weight bench but no any dumbbells or weights). The front desk staff have no response even non an apology after hearing our complaints. Terrible hotel, it costs almost *** for a night and not worth at all. Don’t go!
