It was neat and clean, and the gentleman working there was nice and personable.
There was nothing wrong with the property.

It was a convenient distance from JSU, several restaurants, & WalMart.
The room was nonsmoking but still smelled like stale cigarettes & there were burn holes in the bedding & mattress.

Great location to Bicycle trail. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Outside noise level. You could see daylight around the door so you could hear outside.
