Good location for Rehobooth beach. Price is right. Russell the front desk clerk is great!! Don’t forget to try his pink lemonade!! Ample parking.
Breakfast on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday there was hardly anything. Toast, English muffin, or cereal ( fruit loops or Raisin Bran.

I love the location and how convenient it was to everywhere we went. We also loved the staff and the room!
We booked a room with jacuzzi and it didn’t work. The sink was clogging up.

They advertise breakfast, but it only had English muffins, stale cereal and warm coffee- the room wasn’t cleaned well.
