    The staff were friendly and the location was unbeatable. My ground floor room was steps from the beach, where I saw humpback whales breaching and a monk seal hauled up on the sand, I could walk into Kapa'a and it was easy to drive to the north or south shores. The bathroom was not ideal.: it had two sinks but each had only either hot or cold water -- could not mix for a good temperature. Otherwise the room was comfortable and met my needs as one person.

    I loved everything about my stay, especially the view from the oceanfront room and the banana bread in the lobby! Thanks to the staff for obtaining my forgotten item and holding onto it for me!

    The perfect place to stay in Kapa'a, right on the coastal path with beautiful views and beaches right outside our room! The staff were amazing, helpful, and kind. Swimming pool was a nice time when we got back from riding bikes or snorkeling, or tubing down the old irrigation canals in the mountains. We will be back!!!!!

    Good location, great views, spacious room, however room was dirty, housekeeping is only by request (somehow due to covid in 2026) - when we requested it they did not clean the room - only changed the towels.
