Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast

Fire alarm at 2:50 in the morning first night and didn’t get the stop in a timely manner, didn’t get back into the building over a hour later.

Had to wait 30 min or more to check in..although arrived about 3:30( check in advertised 3:00) Got in after 4. ( on 1st floor)
* Dangerous conditions with indoor pool( While pool had numerous people in it, adults & children, large underwater pool light came out of its socket floated to top of water trailing connected electrical cord with a section of cord wrapped with black electrical tape that was unraveling .) Notified staff who promptly took pictures & closed down pool.
I shudder to think what could have happened in this situation.
