Perfectly fine budget room. I'd stay again. Desk and chair in the room. Refrigerator. Guest laundry is useful if you need it!
Check-in took longer than usual. The staff blamed Booking. Breakfast was very limited. Not very close to downtown Pine Bluff, but it's close to the casino.

I never tried the breakfast but the rooms were comfortable.
I didn’t lik the stairs there is no elevator so you might wanna consider smoking outside.

There were issues with the shower water not being hot enough, the room telephone didn't work, the television and cable were quirky. We were charged a $40 early check-in fee, and after booking and giving my card information thru this app I still had to present my debit card at the motel and pay more money so we probably will not use this app nor the facility in the future.
