When I entered the room, it was a very strong smell of some very cheap room freshener, and after 15 minutes the room started stinking like a cigarette. The cigarette smell was too strong that it’s hard to bear. It’s hard to breathe. I call the staff. He said this is not cigarette smell. This is some other smell, I said OK but why there is a smell in the room I cannot live here. He said leave the window and the door open for 20 to 30 minutes and the smell will go away. He also said as the room is already used he cannot do anything. I have to spend some time in my car so I don’t have to smell the room.
