The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly, and my overall stay was fine. The only thing I did not care for was they did not allow you to use the pool pass check out time. Most hotels after you check out Still allow you to use the amenities.

The Overall location in proximity to the boardwalk and ocean was about 3 blocks. Parking is a little tight, but at least its available. The overall room was fair. The beds seemed a little hard. There were only 2 pillows on each bed. the pillows were not that great. The air conditioning worked fine. The wifi was very spotty. The bathroom was very small, as the sink is outside of the bathroom. There are no elevators at this hotel, and there are at least 3 if not 4 floors. We were on the second floor. The owner is a very nice guy, and was very helpful. Overall, i didnt mind my stay, but the place could use some updating. Not sure if I would stay here again.
