The room was great! Lots of space, a step in shower with a bar inside to hold onto. I really appreciated that. The bed was comfortable. The location was great for what we needed (close to the airport.) We will definitely look for more Hyatt’s to stay at in the future!

We would’ve liked more outlets. We needed to each charge our phones and watches, as well as plug in a CPAP. We had to leave extra early before breakfast. It would have been nice to have something quick to grab like a bagel or granola bar (and a cup of coffee!) at that time in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place and could not be more pleased with my experience. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also loved having access to the pool and gym—everything I needed was conveniently available in one place. The breakfast was amazing! I especially appreciated the tortillas offered as part of the breakfast selection. As a Hispanic guest, it meant a lot to see food options that reflected and valued the diversity of guests. I have stayed in many hotels and had never seen tortillas served before, so it was a thoughtful touch that made me feel welcome. Most importantly, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Hyatt Place, for a fantastic stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Well lit outside and good breakfast

Small it was definitely not what I expected. I am traveling with two teenagers and two children and it was very cramped and hard to move around in the room
