Rooms were clean comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.
Only thing wrong, was that it was the dead of winter and a little kid had left food in the pool area, and there was ants all over it. Little surprised to see ants in the middle of winter anywhere. And pool room floor was extremely slippery. They need a different floor. I almost slipped and my 14 yr old slipped going to get in.

Very polite and courteous Indian family owned. Pleasant music in lobby. Hotel isn't new, but well maintained. Comfy beds, great pool & hot tub. Great breakfast, a nice food selection. It's quiet hotel, no crazy partiers! I certainly got my money's worth, I recommend this hotel.
Also, it's very close to the grocery store and a variety of great restaurants. Church right across the street.
The only thing that I can think of is the "Country Inn & Suites" sign out front is very small.
I drove right past the place twice before I realized where it was. Maybe a larger street sign. The sign out back, facing the highway, is nice and big.

The price was right. Beds were comfortable and clean. Location was decent. Well lite parking lot. Lobby was very inviting with a fire and Christmas tree. Nice that it had an elevator. Cookies when we arrived.
The window shades were weird and hard to operate. The place was not as maintained as we'd hoped. The TP holder was wobbly and falling over. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee pot was left empty for a pretty long time and the layout kept me searching hear and there for things. The office staff were frequently missing and hard to find.

We were on the first floor. Front desk host was pleasant. Coffee was very good, even the decaf.
Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. A fan of the online checkout. More than enough outlets and charging outlets, and they were where we needed them.
The sink in the bathroom was plugged up, and drained VERY slowly.
Would have loved to have some actual half/ half, or cream available for the coffee.
Would like to be able to leave gratuity for housekeeping and breakfast staff, and front desk. To be able to do this online would be very appreciated. We just don't carry cash like we used to.
