Upon arrival the staff was friendly. The location was walkable and close to everything. Parking on site.
When we arrived there were dishes in the dishwasher. We had to track down a housekeeper for replacement Kuerig pods and sugar packages. They do not come everyday like a regular hotel. The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable and the furniture needed updating. We paid approximately $880 for three nights during the week and I guess we expected a bit higher end.
We also ate at their restaurant and they recommended we make a reservation. When we arrived until we left there were only a handful of people at the bar. We ordered our entree and Chef delivered them. The food was mediocre at best. I had their Gnocchi which was fried and was sprinkled with pine nuts and no sauce. No flavor nothing. I have never sent food back before. They were very understanding and took it off our bill. Upon leaving I let the desk attendant know that we were leaving at 9:00 am. She looked at me and said OK. No thank you for staying with us or how was your stay? Safe travels…nothing.

Breakfast is a "grab & go" breakfast. Nothing hot. But good for a quick breakfast.
This is a 3 story building and hot air from units below tend to keep rooms warmer than thermostat settings. Often have to keep air conditioner on or open window even at temperatures near freezing outside.

My wife and I brought three other couples to Jackson Hole for snowmobiling. We found the location perfect for walking to dinner and even breakfast. We were fortunate to visit during the low season and had room to park. The gym was incredible! That's the best hotel/lodging workout facility I've seen in my travels to 34 countries and all 7 continents. Wow.

Great location
1. The bed was hard and I could never get any sleep. It was painful for my back.
2. The TV kept losing signal and the picture would freeze or go dark literally every other minute. Ridiculous and should never happen at a hotel that is considered better quality!
3. Deferred maintenance- The windows on the wall facing South by the parking lot are broken and can’t seal shut
4. The lever door lock is broke and doesn’t work correctly
